Learning and Caring Center (All Day Care)
The YMCA's Learning and Caring Center (LCC) strives to provide a warm and nurturing environment for your infants and potty trained child up to 5 years old. Our children have the unique opportunity to utilize the YMCA facilities through recreational swimming, a structured physical education program and the use of our state of the art computer lab. Infants, young and older toddlers occupy the first floor of our "Home Away from Home" and our 4 and 5 year old pre-kindergarten children have their own "classroom" on our second floor. Curious Minds at the YMCA
Children are such curious creatures. They explore, question and wonder and by doing so, they learn. If a child stays curious, he or she will continue to investigate and discover. Here at Curious Minds at the YMCA, we help foster a natural curiosity with our unique curriculum.
About the Curious Minds Preschool at the YMCA
Our licensed preschool offers fun socialization and developmentally appropriate experiences for children ages three to five. We offer opportunities that stimulate a child's physical, social, intellectual and emotional development. Best of all, YMCA programs and activities are based on the four character values: Caring, Honesty, Respect and Responsibility. That's the basis for all we do!
