KNBT Donates to the Pocono Family YMCA.
KNBT donated $6,667 through the Educational Improvement Tax Credit program. The funds are going to help support scholarships the YMCA gives to Pre-K children and families of Monroe county. Checks are being presented by Holley Kearns, Branch Manager for the Stroudsburg Branch of KNBT. The Pocono Family YMCA is a not-for-profit charitable organization organized under paragraph 501,c,3 of the Internal Revenue Code. It is dedicated to developing spirit, mind and body. Based on Christian principles, the YMCA serves all people regardless of religion, race, income, age, ability or sex.
